- Holiday Window Painting – Madison High School art students bring the tradition of the holidays into the downtown. Come and admire beautifully painted windows as you shop our stores and dine in our restaurants.
Events:
Taste of Madison
Held in partnership with the Downtown Development Commission and the Rotary Club of Madison, the Taste of Madison showcases Madison’s restaurants and other esteemed businesses under one roof. It is one of the premiere food and wine tasting events in New Jersey. It is a fabulous and fun evening of socializing with friends and signature dishes by nearly 30 of Madison’s finest chefs and restaurants.

Easter Fun Fest
Children with their parents are invited to collect stuffed Easter eggs at participating downtown businesses, visit with the Easter Bunny and enter to win special prizes.
Ladies Night Out
Join the businesses the Thursday before Mother’s Day for this annual event. Ladies are invited to the downtown business district to shop, dine and visit with their favorite shop owners and spend a fun evening out with friends. The first 100 registrants receive a gift bag.
Fire Extinguisher Inspections
Held in the spring, professional fire extinguisher inspections are open to all businesses and individuals. Fire extinguisher tagging is discounted for all Chamber members.
Madison Car Show
The Annual Car Show is held every year on the first Saturday in October and in conjunction with Bottle Hill Day. The show enjoys a first-class reputation and brings hundreds of people to downtown. Our event partner is the Madison P.B.A. #92.
Halloween Parade & Magic Show
Children and their parents are invited to march in the Halloween Parade. A magician provides entertainment for all and the stores and businesses welcome trick-or-treating through the business district.
Rosie the Rose City Reindeer Scavenger Hunt
A creative and fun activity to help highlight the holidays! We invite children of all ages to participate in a month long scavenger hunt to search the town to find Rosie the Rose City Reindeer. Collect toys and prizes along the way and enter in a grand prize drawing.
Annual Holiday Party
Join us to ring in the New Year! Celebrate at one of our Chamber restaurants and enjoy spending time with friends and co-workers.
Annual Awards Dinner
Join us for this fun and special annual event. The evening includes food, cash bar, door prizes and an awards ceremony. Awards include Community Service Awards and various Business Awards. We also honor those business owners and their staffs for a job well done with our “Extra Mile Award”. This event is open to the public.
