Scarecrows on Waverly

The Madison Area Chamber of Commerce dresses up the lampposts in the downtown business district with cornstalks and family-friendly scarecrows decorated by Chamber-member businesses and organizations.  All are visible from the sidewalks so children, parents and shoppers can enjoy them up close.
