How can we help you?

PC Problems provides three ways for customers to select service. The most traditional is carry-in your computer to our store, or schedule an on-site appointment where we come out to your home or office.

The third and newest service that most of our clients are switching to is our HelpDesk service. Our HelpDesk service allows us to manage your computer remotely, from scheduling on-site and off-site backups, running Windows updates, auditing for hardware or software issues to a complete Antivirus solution. The HelpDesk service gives you a personal HelpDesk ticketing portal. For communication and tracking issues, we use seamless remote desktop controls which allow us to assist you with ease.

PC Problems also stocks most of the common devices needed to fix any computer repair situation. We have direct relationships with vendors like Dell, HP, IBM and other major warehouse vendors which allow us to receive parts within one day.

PC Problems stocks new desktop and laptop computers in our showroom as well as an entire selection of computers on our website.

Who are we?

Carmen DeRosa started PC Problems in the early 90’s while working at a local electronics store, offering computer purchasing advice that included free computer setup and delivery to close the sale. He was known as the “go to” person when customers needed help. In 1999, he ventured out on his own and opened his first PC Problems location at 21 Kings Rd, in Madison where he hired dispatchers and technicians. Computer support was in great demand. Carmen operated at this location for over 10 years. In 2009 he relocated PC Problems to 50 Main Street in Madison, where he continues to grow and support many more business and residential clients.

What makes us unique?

PC Problems isn’t your average “Department Store Techs.” We take pride in individual support from our technicians to the client. You’ll get to know us on a personal level and develop professional relationships with our staff. We are always there to answer questions or when you want to speak to the owner, we always make it possible. We have over 20 years of experience. When it comes to computer service or network management, there really is a difference.

Why Madison?

Carmen grew up in Madison; most of his family is from, and still is, in Madison. He currently lives in Madison, so there’s no other place for him that would be as good to own a business other than Madison. Madison residents and businesses are very friendly and great to work with. Madison is a central hub to the surrounding towns which makes it very convenient to reach many towns around us. Madison’s active downtown district is a feature that he values tremendously as a business owner. Of course, the easy commute from home to work which takes about two minutes is an added pleasure as his children attend school in Madison which allows him to be available for them when needed.
